Sourcing:
Our beer is brewed in Berkeley CA. We use hops and malt from Germany. Domestic malt and hops supplies are not of sufficient quality or consistency to meet our needs.
Inspiration:
We brew a German-style pilsner in partnership with the Trumer Brauerei in Salzburg Austria. Our goal is to provide our customers with the same fresh and authentic pilsner that European beer drinkers take for granted.
